BLOOM Bodyweight HIIT Class

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) combines short bursts of intense exercise with short rest periods. Bodyweight HIIT combines strength-training using your own weight to provide resistance against gravity (without the need for exercise equipment) with the principals of HIIT.

Please bring your own mat & bottled water.
Recommended, but not required: resistance bands
Location for the class will be at Perimeter 4 (3025 Carrington Mill Blvd) in Suite 100 on the ground floor across from the Perk Cafe.
Please arrive 15 minutes before class starts.
