BLOOM Yoga Wind Down Flow Class

Wind down with a yoga class!
A mixture of meditation, breath-work and energizing and strengthening movement. This class will begin with gentler movements to warm up the body, then move into progressively more challenging flowing sequences. Wind Down Flow Yoga is designed to help you wind down from your workday and transition toward anything that makes you feel good.
No experience necessary. Good for all levels.

Location for the class will be at Perimeter 4 (3025 Carrington Mill Blvd) in Suite 100 on the ground floor.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the class starts.
