Thursday 7:15 AM – 8:15 AM
Classes held the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month through Spring-Summer 2019
$15 per person/class or 3 class pass for $30
Walk away feeling refreshed, energized, and ready to take on the day that lies ahead!
Bring a yoga mat and bottle of water (on chilly mornings, you may want a lightweight blanket or jacket)
