A mixture of meditation, breath-work and energizing and strengthening movement. This class will begin with gentler movements to warm up the body, then move into progressively more challenging flowing sequences. Wind Down Flow Yoga is designed to help you wind down from your workday and transition toward anything that makes you feel good.
No experience necessary. Good for all levels.
