Express Flow: Revitalize for the afternoon with a complimentary yoga class!
Focus on the tight spots that result from sitting at a computer — shoulders, neck, hips, hamstrings. No experience necessary. Good for all levels. Modifications will be provided.

Location for the class will be at Perimeter 4 (3025 Carrington Mill Blvd) in Suite 125 on the ground floor. NOTE – Suite 125 is located at the back of the building on the right past the elevators.
