BLOOM | Restorative Yoga
This gentle yoga class is designed specifically for people who spend much of their day sitting, working at a computer, or managing ongoing mental demands. The class uses slow, accessible movements, breathwork, gentle stretching, and mindful relaxation to help release tension in areas commonly affected by desk work, including the neck, shoulders, back, hips, and wrists.
Participants will be guided through movements that support posture, mobility, circulation, and body awareness, while also giving the nervous system a chance to settle. By slowing the breath and moving with intention, this class can help shift the body out of a constant “go mode” and into a calmer, more regulated state.
While one class cannot undo the effects of prolonged sitting, gentle yoga can help counteract some of the stiffness, muscle tightness, and stress that often come with long hours at a desk. You’ll leave feeling more relaxed, mobile, focused, and better connected to their bodies.

Location for the class will be at Perimeter 4 (3025 Carrington Mill Blvd) in Suite 125 on the ground floor. NOTE – Suite 125 is located at the back of the building on the right past the elevators.
