BLOOM Bodyweight Strength & Conditioning Class

Please join us for slow and purposeful resistance movements to increase muscle tone and strength. We will focus on form and time under tension to start your journey towards functional fitness.
TODAY’S FOCUS: Triceps and Biceps Basics & Tips on Fiber

Location for the class will be at Perimeter 4 (3025 Carrington Mill Blvd) in Suite 100 on the ground floor across from the Perk Cafe.
Please arrive 15 minutes before class starts.
