Meet Crystal McLean, MS, RD, LDN
Over the years Crystal has realized the importance of preventative health over reactionary lifestyle changes. While both are EQUALLY important, her commitment is to help her clients work towards a life where they can thrive over simply surviving. She is a career changer who, with the support of many, decided to pivot into a career in science and nutrition. Her credentials & experience include a Master of Science in Applied Nutrition from the University of New England, a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from North Carolina Central University and clinical nutrition training at UNC Medical Center in Chapel Hill. She is also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with years of experience in health coaching, nutrition education, motivational interviewing and application of SMART goals.
